Returns Policy

Returns Policy for vehicles purchased online or by telephone.

You may return your vehicle within 14 days of delivery with the following terms and conditions

1.  Vehicle must be delivered back to the dealership within 14 days after the delivery date to the customer

2.  100 mile driving allowance (more than a test drive)

3.  Vehicle is in the same condition as on delivery

4.  Vehicle has not been involved in an accident

5.  All documents and spare keys are available and returned with the vehicle

NOTE: Signature Cars -Torbay Limited reserves the right to deduct a reasonable sum from the purchase price if any of the above terms and conditions are not met.

You remain responsible for the vehicle until it is returned to Signature Cars- Torbay Limited
